What They Are Saying
Good seeing you again and thanks for the fantastic work! I watched a film last night and enjoyed the hell out of is with the lights dimmed in the room and on the ISF Night setting, the calmness of the image and the way one can see into the shadows are amazing. You are right, at night in the dimmed room the ISF Night is absolutely great to have. What a pleasure! Thanks again for the outstanding work (LGEF9500 OLED - 08/2020).

I thought that the TV looked good right out of the box. I watched the golf on Friday and enjoyed it very much. Then I watched the golf after you left on Saturday. What a difference. The picture was much sharper and the colors were more vibrant. If I had any doubts about whether or not the calibration was worth the money (which I didn't) the difference in the picture from Friday to Saturday would erase them. You did your normal stellar job like you do every time you visit me. I can't thank you enough for making the effort to come all the way to northwestern N.J. to visit me (LG77C9 OLED - 08/2020).

Thank you so much for the calibration and always great conversation yesterday. The OLED has never looked more incredible. Had to re-watch Avengers End Game last night to give it the ultimate test run… Always a great time when you come by to get my TVs razor sharp! Couldn't be happier! (LG OLED65B7A - 09-2019)

I just wanted to say thank you for the incredibly positive experience I had while watching you perform the calibration this morning. I'm already very appreciative of the quality of the calibration (LG 55B7A OLED).

I meant to write yesterday but after putting on a portion of the Revenant I found myself literally going through every UHD blu ray I own. I'm not sure I could being to describe the degree to which this has changed my viewing experience. The level of realism and micro-details that normally would be missed reminds me how much detailing goes into many of these films and documentaries. While the calibration is excellent during the day, at night its nothing short of revelatory. Even on the gaming side I can honestly say even with the limited calibration, the PS4 and Xbox look like the games were designed with a reference monitor in mind. Simply put this is the definition of a game changer and I will highly recommend your services to anyone interested in making a good product perform at an extraordinary level. (LG 65C7P OLED)

I wanted to take this opportunity and praise the work you do. After you left, I sampled other 4K movies and the only reasonable word is phenomenal. The streaming services (Netflix, Hulu) all look incredible and vibrant. You made my $3K investment in the LG OLED TV that much more valuable. Thank you, Kevin. A loyal customer... (LG OLED65C6P)

Kevin, thank you! The LG looks amazing, so happy with the changes you made! ... Love the day mode but for the Oppo the night mode is definitely preferred (LG OLED65E6)

I have to say that the picture on this TV after the calibration is stunning and almost as often just plain jaw dropping (depending on the source of course)… I had my mind blown even more when I put on "Mad Max: Fury Road" in HDR... Thank you, thank you, thank you! (LG OLEDB65)

Thank you Kevin we are so happy the TV looks amazing, it's a huge difference!! (Samsung UN75KS9000)

The projector is looking great and not causing any problems with switching/etc. yet. You are truly a master of ISF, as well as (and I am very impressed) a charter member of the whole ISF concept. If not sooner, I will ask you to come back to re-calibrate for my new screen when that happens. I can’t thank you enough for the fine work, as well as the great company!

Just letting you know that in my opinion the (your) calibration is phenomenal! Needless to say I’m very pleased with the results. So much so it’s bothersome to watch someone else’s un-calibrated TV at this point! After your calibration, there is absolutely no eye fatigue what-so-ever even after hours of viewing (which I have been doing given the World Series). The colors and overall light output is "exactly perfect". Honestly, I feel the display is reference caliber at this point. I’ve never seen a better picture on anyone’s set in my 50 some odd years on the planet. Thank you so much Kevin. Great job!

As you pointed out, the television was producing about 12,500-degrees Kelvin before the calibration. After your calibration the set was producing about 6,500-degrees Kelvin or "perfect" in the high definition picture world. As it turns out those "factory settings" were truly hurting our eyes.
